When Francis Coppola got his start in the wine business in 1975, he first created the Diamond logo, inspired by the label on a 1906 Claret that Francis discovered in the cellar at Inglenook winery. Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Collection began as an ambitious endeavour to make wines of character and complexity at an affordable price.
