Kindred Spirits was established by friends with a shared interest in creating richly flavoured and varietally expressive wines whilst having fun in the process. In the range, you will find a crisp and dry Pinot Grigio as well as an easy-drinking red blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz.

 

Shiraz and Pinot Noir fruit was processed separately and blended after maturation. Handpicked in the cool of the morning, then destemmed and fermented in open top fermenters for 10 days. Gentle punch downs and pump overs twice daily during fermentation to extract colour and soft tannins, then pressed to old large format French oak barrels where it matured for a minimum of 6 months.
