Winemaker Nicholas Crampton and grower Jim Zerella joined forces to create Black Barrel wines, aiming to produce classic, full-bodied South Australian wines. Their 2022 Shiraz is crafted from premium fruit and matured in high-toast 'black barrels', resulting in a dense, ripe wine with rich layers of dark berry flavours and enticing warm spices.
