This Pinot Grigio is a classic representation of its variety, showcasing a light, pale yellow colour in the glass. Aromas of green pear, papaya, apricot, almond meal, green herbs, and fennel lead to a flavourful wine with a long finish. Harvested from a single vineyard perched above the Tagliamento River, the grapes are handpicked early in the morning to preserve their natural acidity. The whole bunches are pressed with minimal skin contact, using only the free-run and first-press juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of maturation on lees to enhance texture and complexity.
